Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Please note that your order will be charged in US Dollars.

Shop Pay is powered by Shopify, and it allows you to have one-tap checkouts, pay in four instalments, and enjoy end-to-end security.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to PenQuin Suit.

You can also choose to pay with ApplePay or GooglePay.

You can choose to pay by FPS. Simple choose "FPS (Hong Kong only)" during the checkout process and follow the payment instructions once you complete the order below:

Our FPS ID is 165 731 050 (without space).

1. Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
2. Within 2 days, you will receive an Invoice Email stating the balance in HKD. The invoice needs to be paid within 7 days.
3. Make a payment via your own bank to FPS ID: 165731050. Please make sure you include Order or Invoice Number
4. Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send to order@penquinsuit.com together with Order/Invoice Number and any additional instructions.
5. Once your payment is received and your order is approved by us, your order will be dispatched, and you will receive a confirmation email.
6. If no payment is received in 7 days, your order will be cancelled.
