The weight varies according to size. For a size 50, the Tailcoat weighs around 800g, and the Pants weigh around 550g. For a size M, the Shirt weighs around 210g.

Yes, all of our packaging is biodegradable and reusable. In fact, the zipper bags are perfect for packing and traveling. We also try to reduce carbon footprint by utilizing the most efficient logistics.
Yes! When you order the PenQuin Tailcoat, you will also receive a free, oversized garment bag with handles and buttons for easy carrying and traveling.

Yes, the sizes of tailcoat, pants and shirt are independent of each other.
Unfortunately we cannot alter your online purchases before shipping them. We recommend you alter the clothing items after receiving them and have the professional tailor personally measure your size for the best alteration result. Due to the relatively complex structure of our clothing items, we recommend only the length of the PenQuin Tuxedo Pants and the sleeves of the PenQuin Tailcoat to be altered.

Due to the nature of our business selling in many countries, our prices do not include taxes or customs duties, except EU and UK countries, where taxes (but not custom duties) are included. We offer free shipping for orders over US$200. Orders under US$200 enjoy a flat shipping rate of US$29. For details, please refer to this page.
Once your order is received, it will be shipped within 2 to 4 days from our warehouse. The package is taken care of by the Hong Kong Speedpost, which is an Express Mail Service offered by the Hong Kong Post Office. It can take 4 days to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination. Your order can be tracked with the Tracking Number provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
Should your PenQuin purchase not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may return the product within 60 days after delivery, for a full refund or an exchange. First exchange shipping costs (both ways) are on us. Otherwise the customer is responsible for subsequent exchange and return shipping costs. Please visit this page for details.
If you request an exchange, we will send you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods.
After we have correctly and timely received and processed your returns, you will receive the refund of the products' total purchase amount to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
